Does Jesus really, really want me to love the weird, smelly guy at work who apparently is this intense wannabe white rapper with disgusting lyrics (and really bad at the rapping too) and who raps about losing his virginity to my baby sister???
Because I pretty much just want to kill his ass. Can I kill him, Jesus? Can I? Please?
I feel kind of sick. I didn't even know until today that this quiet, kind of weird guy at work was a "rapper" who has all these songs he's written and they're really bad, and a lot of them are really graphically sexual. And then he mentions my sister by name?! HELL NO.
It's going to be a struggle the next time I see him at work to not tell him to stay the hell away from my sister. And then kick him in the balls. I'm dead serious.

Ellen, that's sexual harrassment a) in general (if he's telling you the graphic sexual content of his lyrics), and you should report him to your manager and b) specifically about Irene. You really could have him reprimanded severely or fired. If you have an HR person there you can talk to, just about the options, you should.
But, all that to say, he does deserve to die, and the thought to kill him is very very normal. That doesn't mean you should kill him...but that also doesn't mean he doesn't deserve what's coming to him.
Well, I only found out about his "raps" because they're available to listen to on his myspace page and on another music site. He's never mentioned them to me or Irene at work at all. He basically doesn't talk to anybody at work. So I don't think it's technically sexual harassment because it doesn't take place at the workplace. Although I really wish I could get him in trouble at work because it's really weirded out Irene, and she's trying to work there this summer.
Sigh. I won't kill him. But I'll probably think about beating the shit out of him whenever I see him...
I fully support whatever action you decide to take and I also extend the offer of using the convent as a hiding place should you need protection from the law.
