What am I supposed to do when I buy a new iPod nano and then don't get the magical "e-mail receipt" that the bearded guy named Richard at the Apple Store promised me I would get? Can I get another one? I can't just not have any proof of purchase for this stinking nano! AAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!

I'm sorry Richard screwed up your reciept. If you tell me the day you purchased it and the Cc number, I can get a manager to look it up for you. And you can do it over the phone too. No sense in wasting gas over it.
For the record, easy pay isn't really all that easy. Or convenient.
It's cool, I finally got the receipt. It just took a while. The way people were talking on the internets, it made it sound like the receipt would come "within an hour!!1!" It took more like 16 hours for mine, but at least it got there.
And yeah, not that easy.
